Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service apply to the use of the ANNETTE TILLANDER online store and purchases made therein. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms by posting notice on our website.

2. Formation of Contract

A purchase agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation contains order details and an order number. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Finnish value-added tax (VAT 25.5%). We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments through Shopify Payments. Payment is charged upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery

We deliver products to Finland and EU countries. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. See our shipping policy for detailed information. Ownership transfers to the customer when payment has been made in full.

5. Right of Return (14-day Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product by notifying us in writing at info@annettetillander.fi. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the cancellation notice. We will refund the payment within 15 days of receiving the product.

Customized jewelry (jewelry with selected engraving)

6. Warranty and Complaints

All our products have a statutory 2-year warranty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service within 2 months of discovering the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund the product price depending on the situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our liability is limited to the product price, unless the damage results from gross negligence or intentional conduct.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read more in our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, images, logos, and trademarks are the property of ANNETTE TILLANDER. Their use without permission is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
