Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 2-4 business days of order confirmation.

Other products (made-to-order jewelry) require approximately 2 weeks of production time, after which the product will be delivered to you. If you would like a faster delivery, please contact us via email at info(at)annettetillander.fi

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are 15 euros. We offer free shipping to Finland for orders over 1000 euros.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking code. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Security

We use secure packaging methods to ensure that your jewelry arrives safely.

Customs and Taxes

There are no additional customs duties for deliveries within the EU. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
